Position Announcement: Executive Director

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: The Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Region seeks its next Executive Director to lead the foundation. Established in 1998, the Foundation is nearly $10 million in assets and is committed to making our region a better place for all. The Foundation is rooted in people and relationships, as well as having a deep knowledge of the community. The organization relies on leadership, grant making, and donor engagement to invest in strategic and innovative solutions to community and regional needs and emerging opportunities.

The Foundation values excellence, trusted stewardship, non-discrimination, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will understand the nature of community foundations with a personal enthusiasm for philanthropy, have a proven track record in fund development experience, charitable activities, community involvement, and other public relations activities.

This position requires availability and willingness to regularly attend key events for the organization ranging from board meetings, special events, conferences, etc. as necessary.
